Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and help maintain an inviting lobby
- Maintain daily records of residents leaving and returning to the community
- Provide administrative support across the community as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain discretion with sensitive information

Requirements
- Multitasking Experience: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks smoothly
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an administrative role
- Microsoft Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Monitor designated emergency panels and alert the appropriate staff as required

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.25/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)
