About the role

  • The VP of Affiliate will serve as the visionary leader for our affiliate practice, responsible for defining the next generation of performance-based partnerships.
  • In an era defined by AI disruption, shifting search landscapes, and the "content-to-commerce" evolution, you will be the primary architect of strategies that keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Partner with the business development team to lead pitches and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Omni-Channel Synergy: Break down internal silos by integrating affiliate strategies with other media channels (like Paid Social, SEO, Commerce, Influencer, etc.) to create a unified performance engine.
  • Tech Stack Optimization: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tracking solutions to ensure "best-in-class" attribution and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in digital marketing, with at least 10 years specializing in Affiliate/Partnership marketing and a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into a compelling narrative for C-suite stakeholders.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently $160,000-$180,000 plus performance bonus of up to 25%.
