Responsibilities
- You will design and ship customer-facing web apps that integrate with our Tier-0 services (Fleet Management, Auth, and Core APIs), helping keep the foundational systems that power our global printer network resilient as we add new features on top.
- Design and build the REST and gRPC interfaces that power our web applications and expose platform capabilities to other teams.
- You will care about clean data contracts, thoughtful versioning, and building services others can rely on and build on.
- Partner closely with product managers to translate customer needs into robust software designs.
- Support more junior engineers through code review, pairing, and design feedback, and bring your perspective to team-wide design reviews.
- Proven experience building and shipping web applications that integrate with backend services (REST/gRPC APIs, auth, real-time data)
- Experience designing and building production APIs (REST, gRPC, or similar) that other applications or clients consume
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong React and modern front-end skills, including deep experience with component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
Skills
- Bring very strong React and modern front-end skills to complex, data-heavy interfaces.
- Take major initiatives from design through production.
