Responsibilities
- The Manager partners closely with cross functional leaders to deliver high quality products that support LivaNova's mission and innovation strategy.
- Team Development Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing mechanical engineering team.
- Program & Technical Leadership Provide functional mechanical engineering support across active product development programs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and assembly.
- Proven ability to apply structured problem solving techniques and sound engineering judgment.
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $130,000 - $155,000 plus discretionary annual bonus.
