About the role

- Build and maintain client relationships and participate in meetings as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client service related issues as they arise
- Maintain high level of organization and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality with external client information as well as internal employee and firm information
- Treat everyone with respect; develop loyalty and trust within the team
- Hold self‐accountable for assigned work; seek continuous feedback to learn and develop in role; open to new ideas and suggestions
- Ability to create and drive a positive business culture
Requirements
- ability to communicate issues and conclusions in a clear, concise and professional manner

- Strong multitasking skills with ability to prioritize work as necessary
- 3+ years of experience administrative/operations management within a financial or professional services environment
- Series 65 license or ability to obtain license within 3 months of hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external actors as needed
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
Nice to have
- Associate's degree or commensurate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related business field is preferred
Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000
