About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the cultivation of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and patient organizations to bring needed solutions to patients, in line with the priorities of key pipeline assets.
  • Support the development and execution of external engagement strategies for senior leadership to establish and reinforce Sanofi's commitment to immunology.
  • Pull through global strategic initiatives to support Sanofi's immunology leadership and reputation building.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or strong interest in working on early-stage assets and engaging cross-functionally with Research & Development (R&D) or business development functions is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and within a matrixed, international organization.
  • Interest in the product development lifecycle, competitor intelligence, and early market-shaping needs.
  • Awareness of key stakeholder groups, including multilateral institutions, trade associations, and patient organizations.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in the healthcare industry and the critical trends shaping the operating landscape.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous settings and fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10% of the time).
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Work at the forefront of AI-powered science that accelerates discovery and improves outcomes.

Benefits

  • A first professional experience (internship or junior role) in Public Affairs, Market Access, Health Policy, Government Affairs, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to policy and advocacy strategies, ideally in a healthcare, industry, or non-governmental organization (NGO) context, is appreciated.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (in Public Affairs, Political Science, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or a related field).
