About the role

  • Ensure compliance with Northwest policies and procedures, Federal/State regulations, Government Sponsored Entities (GSEs), Agencies (FHA; VA; USDA), third party investors, and vendors
  • Prepare various management statistics/reports
  • Monitor Optimal Blue and/or Pricing Automation tool for rate lock requests

Responsibilities

  • Manage flood zone determination ordering and disclosure process
  • The Registration/Disclosure Desk Supervisor is responsible to manage the registration/lock process, disclosure and re-disclosure process.

Requirements

  • 5 years customer service experience and administrative experience required
  • Ability to be very detail orientated
  • Ability to analyze financial data
  • Ability to understand financial markets and the effect of fluctuations in the economy on pricing practices
  • Ensure knowledge of Encompass/Optimal Blue/Lender X, and all other related programs and software required to complete necessary tasks
  • Manage upfront disclosure process to ensure timely delivery of all required disclosures, making sure all fees are in compliance to avoid negative monetary implications

Nice to have

  • Associate's Degree finance/business related subject preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree finance/business related subject preferred
  • 6 years experience in the Mortgage Industry or Real Estate field preferred
