  • As a Lead Integration Engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and synthesize them to build & enhance globally scalable solutions.

  • Ensure security & compliance: Build secure architectures using OAuth 2.0, encryption, and maintain SOX compliance across all integrations.
  • Collaborate effectively: You excel at facilitating requirements & design discussions and presenting and aligning diverse stakeholders on complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Have 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions, with demonstrated understanding of People and HR Data and automation
  • You have a deep understanding of security configuration with object management systems like Role Based security, User Based security, Job based security, Intersection and Segment based Security groups
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications, strong analytical skills, and strict attention to detail.

Compensation

  • $82,100 - $137,000 USD
  • This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
  • The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
  • A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance.
