Responsibilities
- Drive "Design for Compliance" initiatives from start to finish, collaborating cross-functionally with Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to integrate regulatory requirements into the product development lifecycle.
- Manage relationships and project timelines with external regulatory test labs and agencies to drive global certifications to completion for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Partner closely with OEM and ODM partners to ensure manufacturing processes align with Oura's rigorous compliance and quality standards.
- Provide Certification updates and maintain the internal certification database.
- Prepare and maintain test samples for engineering validation and testing.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Compliance specifically within the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of global regulatory standards including FCC, ISED, and EU/CE requirements.
- Proven experience working directly with 3rd party labs and managing OEM/ODM compliance relationships.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize competing business needs and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to establish structure in a fast-paced environment.
