About the role

  • The Health Institute at Hardy is an innovative and dynamic program that launched in August 2025, offering career-connected pathways for students interested in high-demand healthcare fields and is unique within Philadelphia.
  • We seek dynamic educators to teach the foundational Introduction to Health Care Careers I & II courses for 9th grade and 10th-grade students.

Compensation

  • New teachers start at $60,900, with Mastery offering up to $83,500 based on experience and education. Salaries range from $60,900 to $112,700, with growth opportunities as your career progresses.
