Responsibilities
- Execute and support marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, content, and internal requests
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including timelines, task coordination, and follow-through
- Maintain highly organized trackers, calendars, documentation, and marketing assets
- Content, Messaging & Creative Support
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing on messaging and basic graphic design for advertisements, email campaigns, and trade show collateral
- Support the creation, editing, and coordination of marketing content across channels, including web pages, blogs, marketing collateral, email campaigns, press releases, social content, and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and inputs needed to develop content-driven marketing materials
- Design and produce basic marketing graphics and visual assets using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, including social media graphics, event and trade show collateral, and promotional materials
- Apply a strong visual eye to layouts, typography, and overall design consistency across materials
- Develop, execute, and manage direct marketing campaigns through HubSpot, targeting new prospects across key segments and verticals to support client acquisition efforts
