About the role

  • Job Summary (Français à suivre ci-dessous) Canada Soccer is the National Sport Organization responsible for leading the growth and development of soccer in Canada.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Must be available to support occasional evening programming based on webinar schedules and participant needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and changing timelines.
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required to support in-person program delivery and events.
  • Post-secondary education in Sport Management, Administration, Business, or a related field
  • or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting sport, recreation, community, or educational programming.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and technology to support virtual programming and communication.
  • Experience supporting webinars, online learning environments, or participant-based programming is considered an asset.
  • Strong interest in soccer, women and girls' participation, coaching development, and creating inclusive opportunities within sport.
  • Join a dedicated Sport Inclusion Programs team working to create more inclusive and equitable opportunities within soccer.
  • Remote work environment with occasional opportunities for in-person program support.

Compensation

  • POSITION: Sport Inclusion Program Coordinator – French Program Delivery (Part-Time, 8 Month Contract) REPORTS TO: Manager, Sport Inclusion Programs PREFERRED LOCATION: Remote (Canada), with occasional in-person opportunities as required SAL
