Responsibilities
- Build hematology and UA loads
- Maintain organization of storage refrigerator
- Prepare blood smears and perform re-checks as directed using LTP when necessary.
- Maintains clean and organized work area. Restock supplies as needed
Requirements
- Stationary Position- must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 2 hours
- Occasionally required to bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch
- Required to lift, move, and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Perform all required quality control per QA guidelines including all instrument maintenance and temperature charts
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function.

- The ability to observe details at close range
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent, prior/some lab experience preferred and/or 2 -, or 4 - year degree in s cience-related field.
- Laboratory skills, with experience setting up, running and operating lab instruments preferred
Skills
- Monday-Saturday 12am to 8:30am, 40 hours
- The Target Pay for this position is $24.81 an hour.
- At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
- Prepares samples, sets up instruments, runs tests and reads, interprets and releases results.
