About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to join us at one of the most exciting moments in Synquery's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strong and reliable partner - own projects end-to-end with a high on-time delivery rate, from early prototype to production release
  • Hit the ground running: within your first 30 days, deliver a working prototype of an agentic solution integrated into our Sourcing pipeline
  • Design and build extremely resilient, horizontally scalable systems that support the business as it grows in speed and complexity
  • Proactively collaborate with security teams to meet compliance requirements (e.g. SOC2) and maintain our uptime standards
  • Work closely with the CTO, Ops, and Product to translate customer and business needs into well-designed AI solutions - agentic AI is core to what we build and you'll be at the center of it

Requirements

  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC2 and a proactive approach to working with security teams
