About the role
- • Senior SAFe-certified SAP S/4HANA transformation delivery leader with proven experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer or large-scale ART execution lead.
- • Direct experience running PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum Master orchestration, dependency management, risk escalation, and executive-level delivery governance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with the ability to manage SAP dependencies intelligently without acting as the functional solution owner.
- Ability to operate within quarterly PI cadence and 3-week sprint execution models, ensuring feature flow, dependency visibility, and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Jira-based scaled agile management, RAIL governance, Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint, testing dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong governance mindset with the ability to enforce cadence and transparency without becoming the SAP functional decision-maker.
