About the role
- In this role you'll partner with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to understand business objectives and design and lead learning experiences in support of those objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement competency frameworks including certification paths to ensure employees are meeting and beating goals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Zip is Hiring for a strategic and hands-on Enablement Program Manager to build, deliver and reinforce enablement programs that allow our Go to Market teams to execute successfully.

Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience as a procurement practitioner or enablement in a high growth software environment
- Proven track record designing and scaling effective programs within high growth companies
- Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelines
Nice to have
- Experience with the Zip as a platform
- Selling and/or consulting experience
- Familiarity with LetterAI or LMS systems
- Knowledge of product GTM motions and sales productivity metrics
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000.

- Develop and own the learning journey post-onboarding for our Commercial Sales and Business Development Representative Teams and own change management end to end
