- Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, industrial hygiene, or related field or equivalent via education and/or work experience 5 years' experience in an EHS role in an industrial environment Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to interpret and comply with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, NFPA, NEC, and other applicable federal, state and local EHS regulations Demonstrated experience in an EHS role in an ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 industrial environment Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 10%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications - Relevant professional certification such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams - Demonstrated experience with a foreign owned business, preferably Japanese - 5 years' experience leading a team to achieve business goals in a manufacturing and warehouse environment - Sufficient proficiency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese to read, write, and converse effectively about routine professional, operational, and EHS-related matters in a manufacturing environment - Demonstrated experience working with a field service organization - Demonstrated experience working with international clients - Demonstrated ability to interpret and comply with international environmental health and safety regulations in countries where the
