Responsibilities
- Design and operate scalable, low-latency infrastructure for LLM inference, caching, and distributed APIs.
- Build highly reliable and observable systems-defining SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for core services.
- Drive cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/GCP/Azure), including networking, security, and cost optimization.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity tooling to accelerate shipping velocity.
- Collaborate with engineers to productionize AI models and optimize resource utilization (GPU scheduling, autoscaling).
- At the senior level: mentor engineers, lead cross-functional technical projects, and contribute to long-term infrastructure roadmap.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response.
- Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
- Strong background in distributed systems, networking, and performance optimization.
- Solid programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Our cash compensation range for this role is $225,000 - $250,000+.
- Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
