- Hardware maintenance (problem identification, remote card reader, component swap outs, and I Installations
- Familiarity with scanning technology
- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical ‐ Will
- Interact withheld when problems are reported.
- Needs to be able to describe problems for team resolution. Will write test procedures for new functionality and verifying bug fixes
- Experience with shell programming (bash and korn shell) and/or C/C++/Java
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
