Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies, organizational capabilities, and workforce decisions with business objectives and Broccolini's values.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders on complex organizational matters including employee relations, performance management, and change.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organization -- from frontline to senior leadership.
- Drive workforce forecasting and talent planning activities in collaboration with department leaders to anticipate current and future business needs.
- Support strategic talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support succession planning and talent review processes across assigned business groups.
- Lead and support the deployment of P&C programs and initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, operational excellence, and measurable impact.
- Support communication and engagement strategies that reinforce alignment and culture during periods of change.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and step in where needed -- this team wins together.
