Requirements
- General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology required.
- Intermediate proficiency with computers (MS Office Suite preferred).
- Basic keyboard and telephone etiquette skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with EPIC system.
- Call center experience.
- Additional Information:

- Inputs and/or updates accurate patient information.
- Communicates accurate and complete information.
