About the role
- Open Doors ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team.
- Begin part-time (5-25 hrs/week) with the option to transition to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your performance and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and track client progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Requirements
- Tennessee LBA license (required)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
- To protect our clients and their families, a background check is required for this position.
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and focused on client needs
Compensation
- $60.00-$70.00 per hour
