Responsibilities
- Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!
- Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule.
Nice to have
- (Paid out $750 after 30 days of employment and $750 after 6 months of employment).

Compensation
- Company provided volunteer opportunities + 1 volunteer day per year
Benefits
- Signing Bonus: If hired as an Automotive Repair Technician (Level A or B), you will be eligible to receive a $1500 Signing Bonus!
- Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
- Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
