About the role
- Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly skilled Senior WorkForce Software Consultant with deep expertise in the configuration and technical implementation of WorkForce Software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement WorkForce Software modules based on detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain configuration components including pay rules, schedules, attendance policies, and workflow automation.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance with business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Document configuration processes and contribute to knowledge base development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in WorkForce Software configuration and technical implementation.
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts including timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance.
- Experience with XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies used in WorkForce Software.
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Skills
- Familiarity with WorkForce Software integrations and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
- WorkForce Software certification(s) or equivalent training.
- Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients.
Compensation
- $100k-$130k

- Competitive FTE salary range based on experience, education, and geographical location of $100,000 - $130,000 USD base.
