About the role

  • Clinical Counselors with Living Well Professional Counseling are employed based on part-time status and are paid per session based on a fee schedule established by the agency.
  • Counselors complete a W-4 and Arkansas Withholding Form upon hire.
  • Every position at LWC is expected to adhere to the LWC Ministry Standard and Core Competencies and Values at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in other related ministry activities as time and skills allow, i.e., marriage enrichment retreats, parenting seminars, support groups, etc.
  • Maintain communication with the administrative assistant regarding hours available and sessions scheduled.
  • All new counselors have 3 months to build up client load.
  • Our mission is to build, strengthen, and restore Arkansas families for the glory of God.

Requirements

  • For Community Site Counselors, complete and document all required training and supervision in a timely manner.
