About the role
- The course enrollment capacity is 30 undergraduate students.
- Serves as an initial point of contact for students as it relates to specific course or series content and expectations
- Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses, including assessment of student performance
Responsibilities
- Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction
- Create asynchronous video lectures and other online instruction
- Create or update course materials as needed, in consultation with iSchool staff
- Support students via synchronous office hours and communications such as email
Nice to have
- Experience teaching at the graduate level
- Prior teaching experience in online formats
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Information Studies or related field required.
Compensation
- The minimum full-time equivalent (FTE) salary is $50,115.
- Actual pay will be determined by your qualifications, appointment percentage, and prior higher education teaching experience.
