The Development Director will report directly to the Head of Development while working closely with the CDO, CEO, and other key departments including Marketing, Production, and Administration.

The salary target for this role is $110,000 - $150,000+.
Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
