About the role

- You will translate that understanding into a clear product direction and ship improvements at an unusually fast cadence, with a high bar for usability, craft, and operational reliability.

Responsibilities
- We already support patients across more than 80% of ZIP codes and partner with 5 of the 10 largest biopharma companies in the world.
- We raised $160M+ from leading investors to build an exceptional team and unlock the full scale of the opportunity.
- As the Core Product Lead on our team, you will own the end-to-end experience for the providers and patients who use our platform.
- You will develop a detailed understanding of what users are experiencing-both across the network and at the level of individual practices, workflows, and interactions.
- You will build direct relationships with providers and patients, establish tight quantitative and qualitative feedback loops, and make users feel like active partners in developing the product.
- Own the provider and patient experience end-to-end, including activation, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and referral growth
- Develop a deep understanding of how the experience varies across individual practices, provider organizations, specialties, workflows, and patient populations
- Build sustained relationships with users and design partners, working alongside them to identify problems, test ideas, and shape what Forus builds next
- Strong product sense, design taste, and copy instincts - you can shape flows, interfaces, and language that convert and resonate
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals

- Analytical instincts and the technical ability to investigate product behavior directly using SQL, Python, or similar tools
