About the role
- We are looking for licensed individuals in Marlborough, MA with deep residential electrical install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Extensive residential retrofit experience required
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to pass MVR & Pre-employment screening
- Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades
- Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
- Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard
Nice to have
- Journeyman/Licensed electrician in Marlborough, MA and surrounding areas preferred but other licenses or certifications considered

- $39 - $44 per hour
