Responsibilities
- Legal Strategy: Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client, aligning them with their unique legal circumstances.
- Team Leadership: Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate and timely document delivery.
- Administrative Support: Serve as "Attorney of the Day," providing legal guidance to the team and attending operational meetings.
- You'll handle a full caseload, meet directly with clients, and work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Must have an active U.S. Bar license.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with native or fluent proficiency.
