About the role

  • This position reports to the Resource Manager or Director, Resource Management.
  • Ensure all staffing activities are accurately reflected in systems and aligned with defined processes
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, escalating issues as needed

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Specialist plays a critical role in enabling effective staffing decisions, though does not directly own those decisions.
  • Own and execute end-to-end staffing workflows (request intake, tracking, updates, and reporting)
  • Maintain system data integrity and support ongoing enhancements
  • Own the creation and delivery of utilization, capacity, and staffing reports
  • Maintain and validate key KPIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
  • Support analysis of forecasted vs. actual utilization, highlighting discrepancies
  • Maintain consistency between PSA data, reporting outputs, and staffing records
  • Resource Management Support
  • Document and maintain staffing processes and system usage guidelines

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess 2.
  • 4 years of experience in professional services, operations, HR, or data/reporting roles
  • Strong experience working with staffing systems, PSA tools, or CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data organization, formulas, reporting support)
  • High degree of accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to translate data into clear, reliable insights
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

  • The current salary range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000.

  • This position is also incentive eligible.
