About the role

  • As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our De Beers London's flagship store in The Houston Galleria.

  • Presentable, diplomatic, and confident in influencing others, always seeking new ways to enhance the brand's presence and drive business performance.
  • Able to use a POS system, competent technical skills to support efficient business operations.

Nice to have

  • Fluent in the local language and fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, Arabic) are a plus.

Skills

  • Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products.
  • Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Compensation

  • The base salary for the position is $55,000 - $60,000 USD annually + plus bonus and commission plan.
