About the role

  • The Settlement Supervisor oversees the settlement team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of case settlements.
  • This role is responsible for workflow management, quality control, team development, and collaboration with attorneys, finance, and operations to maximize client satisfaction and firm profitability.
