- 5+ years of supervisory experience required
- 2nd Class Stationary Engineer license required

- $83,849.00-$104,550.00

- Leader II, Facilities is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant systems, including steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water systems.
- This position leads and develops a team of facilities associates, driving performance through coaching, training, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- The role oversees building and grounds maintenance, manages system performance to support production needs, and coordinates preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime.
- Additionally, the Team Leader partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and supports emergency preparedness and response initiatives playing a key role in sustaining facility operations and continuous improvement.
