Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.

- Scope of Position
- This self-directed, detail-oriented individual, as part of the Materials team, will be responsible for assisting the supervisor of the department, as well as orderly operation of the materials department.
- This includes guidance and training to team members, assists with workflow prioritization, ensures compliance with established procedures, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- This role is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and culture for all associates, following all safety rules and regulations, and escalating all safety concerns immediately. Ensure that any job-related injury and/or illness is reported immediately to the Supervisor.
- Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training employees.
