About the role
- Our front desk is set within the parlor - the heart of the property, where guests gather, settle in, and take in the Albion experience.
- As a Parlor Host / Front Desk Agent, you are the first face guests see when they arrive: welcoming them into the parlor, orienting them to the property, and setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- You are also the steady hand behind check-ins, reservations, and guest requests throughout the shift.
