Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm position requirements, support job description updates, and ensure timely movement through each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment, applicant, and candidate data within the ATS/HRIS and support regular reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate source, and hiring trends.
  • Support a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication, consistent follow-up, and clear process coordination.
  • Work with HR and Marketing to support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Support hiring managers by providing recruitment tools, interview templates, screening guidance, and process reminders.
  • Experience using an ATS, HRIS, or similar system to maintain candidate data, track recruitment workflows, and support reporting.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, organizational, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with Human Resources, hiring managers, external recruitment partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and hiring managers to support onboarding alignment and early employee experience, including tracking required onboarding steps and follow-up where needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and fair selection processes.
  • Readily available vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.
