About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team.
- This role is responsible for supporting the month-end close process, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and ensuring accurate accounting for equity-related transactions.
- The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and equity accounting.
Responsibilities
- Support external valuation specialists and auditors during reporting cycles.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP (IFRS knowledge is an asset).
Nice to have
- Experience working in a publicly traded or private equity-backed company.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Strong public accounting experience.

Compensation
- The target base compensation for this position is $88,000 to $93,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for assigned areas.
- Assist with annual audits and other compliance requirements.
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures related to equity compensation.
