Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making in a sufficient and timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise and develop accounting staff, including providing strategic direction for the accounting function and ensuring the team follows appropriate accounting standards and processes.
  • Support ERP system improvements and financial system enhancements.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in leadership role s.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting in manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Robust attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive financial discipline.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting ( CPA strongly preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
  • implementation experience a plus ).
