Responsibilities

  • Own and develop integrations into, out of, and between NetSuite and Coupa, including EDI and retail connectivity via SPS Commerce, banking and payments integrations, freight invoice processing via Infios, and legal invoice routing via Brightflag
  • Write and maintain custom NetSuite SuiteScript records (Scheduled Scripts, User Event Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, RESTlets) to automate business logic, support data flows, and handle integration error conditions
  • Manage SSH and PGP keys for secure bank and financial partner file transfers, including key rotation and partner coordination
  • Use AI tools to move faster and build better, and help shape how the Business Systems team scales AI use across the function
  • Partner with Finance (Accounting and AP), Logistics (supply planning, freight, fulfillment, and manufacturing operations), and Retail (sales operations) on system initiatives and escalations
  • Find automation opportunities and build them

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with Grafana, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools

Nice to have

  • NetSuite SuiteScript experience is a strong plus
  • Solid JavaScript background required
  • Experience with Coupa or a comparable P2P platform preferred

Compensation

  • The target annual base pay range for this role is $71,600 to $95,400
  • This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role.
  • We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually.
