Responsibilities

  • Drives the long-term retention and commercial growth of a high-value portfolio consisting of the company's most complex enterprise client accounts
  • Establishes and shapes deep, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level to anchor the business as a core strategic partner
  • Develops and executes comprehensive joint success plans that tie platform value directly to client financial and operational objectives
  • Leads structured business reviews to consistently demonstrate return on investment and uncover strategic expansion pathways
  • Owns and mitigates portfolio renewal risk by accurately forecasting outcomes and coordinating cross-functional mitigation frameworks
  • Manages complex, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations to maximize net revenue retention and secure portfolio value
