About the role
- This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
Responsibilities
- We support each other and our communities.
- This role will support the NFL's departmental leads (three Senior Vice Presidents) with a focus on daily administrative and core operational support across these core functions of the League, in order to drive efficiency and optimize the productivity of these teams and leaders.
- Create and distribute agendas
- Arrange and manage travel schedules and travel expenses
- Create templates for letters and memos
- Track and maintain department inventory and materials
- We develop and nurture potential, empowering individuals to grow and succeed.
- We take action with precision, delivering results that drive our goals forward.

Requirements
- Must have exceptional prioritizing, organizational, communication, initiative, judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Excel as a relationship builder, with the ability to influence
Nice to have
- Degree from a Four-Year College or University.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Experience within sports, media, entertainment, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment.
- Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL.
- The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range.
- NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
