About the role
- This role is responsible for operating powder-bed fusion systems, ensuring consistent part quality, and maintaining compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient availability of materials to meet patient and healthcare provider needs.
- You will be responsible for production, managing inventory levels, and overseeing machine operations.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to management.
Requirements
- Familiarity with GD&T and inspection tools
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SLS and/or EBM systems.
- Some Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience handling metal powders (titanium alloys preferred)
