Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Build sophisticated talent pipelines and market maps to proactively identify and engage high-caliber talent in the competitive AI infrastructure space.
- Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.
