Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop electronics for Direct Air Carbon Capture reactors and supporting infrastructure including high power electronics, control systems and actuators, programmable logic controllers, reactor instrumentation, and harnessing.
- Create and review electrical load lists, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for various plant and facility designs.
- Drive system trades, requirements capture, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, prototyping, bring-up, debugging, documentation, manufacturing, and testing.
- Design, procure components, integrate, and test electrical ground support equipment including data acquisition systems and electrical simulators.
- Create development and qualification testing campaigns to validate analysis and requirements and exercise designs to their limits.
- Build math and analysis models to verify initial design assumptions.
- Lead multidisciplinary root cause investigations and component redesigns to improve reliability and production rate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, avionics, hardware, robotics, physics or other related STEM discipline.
- Hands-on experience with electrical design, prototyping, integration, and testing.
- Experience working effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation
- $100,000 - $180,000 per year
- Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as your experience, skill set, and how well your background aligns with the role's responsibilities and our team's needs.
