Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, sales and market leadership, IT, Operations, Marketing, Digital and Sales teams, to prioritize and build a comprehensive roadmap.
- Build and lead high-performing product management, delivery and support teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with core line of business partners to ensure smooth coordination and alignment across all stages of the client journey and product lifecycle.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to deliver an exceptional experience that meets core client needs.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve products and drive business growth.
- Provide Vendor Relationship leadership and direction on technology and partner decisions.
- Budget management and executive scorecard and management to support line of business growth, expense control and profitability

Compensation
- $175,000/year to $232,000/year
- Incentive Eligibility
- All roles are incentive eligible with the exception of Co-Op, Intern, or Student positions.
