This role plays a key part in keeping campaigns, content, podcasts, events, and marketing operations running smoothly while maintaining a high standard of quality across every touchpoint.
As a real estate niche-focused firm, we serve Real Estate Investors, Syndicates, and Fund Managers.
The ideal candidate enjoys both organization and execution but also has an eye for opportunities to improve content, processes, and the customer experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Marketing Associate to support our day-to-day marketing initiatives.
Our team has a passion for real estate and often owns investment themselves.
You will report directly to the firm's Marketing Coordinator and will receive weekly 1:1 direction, coaching, and support.
They are fluent with AI tools and treat them as a force multiplier - using them to move faster on drafts, clips, and show notes while applying their own judgment and taste to every deliverable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a broad foundation in digital marketing while contributing across content, social media, email marketing, podcasts, events, and marketing operations.
Core Responsibilities Content Production & Social Media Create and manage daily social media content to increase brand visibility, engagement, and newsletter subscriptions.
Support YouTube optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, end screens).
Podcast Support Organize podcast files and coordinate episode uploads.

Detail-oriented and reliable in execution.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Resourceful, creative problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and an eye for improving content, campaigns, and workflows.
Clear communicator with strong writing and editing skills.
Naturally curious with a willingness to research industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Takes ownership of assigned projects and follows through with minimal supervision.

You will support marketing across the dental and real estate verticals at our firm, as well as our digital communities (of clients and CPA firm owners).
