About the role
- You'll be a key representative of Step's recruiting process - supporting candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, responsive, and professional experience throughout the process
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviews
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, pipelines, and interview feedback organized and on track
- Step is looking for our next Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day details that keep our recruiting engine running smoothly and ensure a great experience for every candidate.
Requirements

- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Familiarity with Greenhouse
