About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and own core product features that power thousands of AI agents running in parallel to solve real logistics problems
- Design and implement data pipelines and backend systems built to grow from hundreds to millions of users
- Collaborate with the engineering team on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend or full-stack experience with a track record of owning product surfaces or infrastructure (Mid)
- 6+ years with deeper architectural ownership and a focus on system quality and long-term maintainability (Senior)
- Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment
Nice to have
- Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL (our interviews are language-agnostic)
Skills
- Node.js + TypeScript, Encore for server-side development and managed DevOps, hosted on GCP
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $265,000, depending on experience and skill set.
- In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and growth opportunities.
- Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
