About the role

You'll work with forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment while helping keep materials moving and production running efficiently.
Offer valid for select positions hired between Memorial Day and Labor Day 2026.

Operate shear equipment to cut material according to job specifications Monitor cutting processes and inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances Safely move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Unload trucks and organize raw materials to support production flow
As a Shear Operator, you'll operate industrial shear equipment to cut metal sheets to precise specifications that support the production of quality components for leading manufacturers.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team that builds something every day.

$19.80 per hour base rate.
Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.
